Do you make sheets for v-berth, island queen, and other odd-shaped mattresses? Yes — that's our specialty. We custom-make fitted sheets for any mattress shape or size including v-berths, island queens, radius corners, and any other configuration found on yachts and boats. Simply select the shape closest to your mattress, provide your measurements, and we handle the rest.
What fabrics do you use? We make our bedding from premium Italian fabrics. Our most popular is the CS300 100% Cotton Sateen — smooth, breathable, and built to hold up through repeated marine-grade laundering. Available in several colors to match any cabin aesthetic.
How do I measure my mattress for a custom order? For rectangular beds, length, width, and depth is all we need. For special shapes, choose the closest shape from our product page and fill in all measurements shown in the diagram — including cross measurements for the best fit. If you're in South Florida, we're happy to send someone aboard to measure for you.
What is your turnaround time on custom orders? Custom bedding typically ships within 7– 21 business days. We'll keep you updated by email once your order is in production and again when it ships.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applicable in their country. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Can I return a custom order? Custom-made items are non-returnable since they are made specifically to your measurements. However, if your item arrives defective we will replace it at no charge.
Do you offer bulk or fleet orders? Yes — we work with charter fleets, yacht management companies, and interior designers on larger orders. Contact us at sales@crewlinens.com or call 954-622-9300 to discuss pricing and turnaround for bulk orders.
Where are you located? We are based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — the heart of the yachting industry. We serve customers worldwide and are happy to arrange dockside measurement visits for clients in the South Florida area.
