Shipping policy

Production time

Most CrewLinens products are made to order in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Standard production time is 7–21 business days from order confirmation (custom fitted sheets, bedding, luggage mats, and embroidered items). Ready-to-ship stock items leave our workroom within 2–3 business days. Rush production may be available depending on fabric and workroom capacity — call 954-622-9300 before ordering.

Domestic shipping (USA)

Orders over $500 ship free within the continental United States. Below $500, rates are calculated at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted at checkout.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Live carrier rates are shown at checkout in your local currency. International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in the destination country. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, contact sales@crewlinens.com and we'll arrange a quote.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.

Delivery to vessels

Shipping to a marina, dock office, or yacht-management address? Include the vessel name in your order notes so the package can be received properly. Dockside delivery may be available in South Florida.
